This procurement is a set-aside for SDVOSB contractors certified under the program for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The place of performance for the Sidewalk Repair Project is the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110, with a size standard of $13,000,000.00. The project has an estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid and performance bonds are required. The anticipated date for issuance of the RFP is April 20, 2006. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
