Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Global Control Module(GCM)- upload/download (non-programming tool), Windows for Extended Personal System Interface/Application Specific Device (EXPSI/ASD) programming tool, and Work Place Pro. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), MC2 Inc, is the only known source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement to provide the requested software for the extensive government resources, Digital Data Controls Systems(DDCS) that are in place and running in a ?stand alone?, unmonitored mode, at present time. The equipment is manufactured by Invensys. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 5734 with a business size of $8.0M and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 443120. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
