- PROJECT TITLE: Fair Market Value Real Estate Appraisal -- Lake Isabella LOCATION: Near Weldon in Kern County, California This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: R411, SIC Code: 6531, NAICS Code: 531320. The size standard for this code is $2,000,000.00. TYPE OF AWARD: This acquisition shall be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible small business sources may respond. JOB DESCRIPTION: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District and its conservation partners have a requirement for a contract real estate appraisal services in connection with the acquisition of a proposed perpetual conservation easement under the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (RFPP). The purpose of the appraisal is to estimate the fair market value of the proposed perpetual conservation easement, and the intended use of the appraisal is to aid in the negotiation of the acquisition of the proposed easement. All quotations are due back not later than 05 Apr 06 @ 01:00 pm (PST). The acquisition method is Request for Quotation (RFQ). Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Special standards responsible, low priced responsive, responsible, compliant, vendor shall be awarded the contract. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Vendors are advised that this PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWAR D PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation shall be available on or about 30 Mar 06. The RFQ shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition shall be posted on a secure Government website known as FedTeDS. Access to the solicitation documents on the FedTeds website shall be via a hyperlink. The hyperlink shall be inserted i nto the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.amry.mil/asfi/) and the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov) once the solicitation is issued. The hyperlink shall not apprear on a w ebsite address, but as text as follows: Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) website. Viewing/downloading documents from FedTeDS shall require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). If you are a first-time FedTeDS user, you shall also be required to register in FedTeDS (www.fedteds.gov) before accessing the solicitation documents.
