The first item to procure is a commanders seat assembly, an assembly of manufactured and purchased compo nents, including P/N 12328728-1 Track; P/N 12933596 Knob; P/N 12933515 Plate; P/N 12294508 Cushion; P/N 12295198 Seat; P/N 12297367-5 Belt; P/N 12294495 Support; P/N 8763560 Spool; P/N 12297897 Cam; and numerous screws, washers. The second item to procure is a gunners seat assembly frame, an assembly of manufactured and purchased components, including, P/N 9381071 Track; P/N 12294460-2 Crank; P/N 12933596 Knob; P/N 12933512 Rack; P/N 12933515 Plate; P/N 10866352 Cushion; P/N 12933518 Seat; P/N 12297367 Bel t; P/N 12933537 Support; P/N 8763560 Spool; P/N 12297897 Cam; numerous screws, washers. Requirements are as follows: 66 each, Seat, Vehicular and 96 each, Vehicular Seat Frame. FOB is DESTINATION. Both are for use on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System . Estimated issue date is April 14, 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date b y accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is i n fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
