Description: The purpose of this RFP is to acquire the services of two aircraft, for a period of two years, to provide air service in the area bounded by Malabo, Sao Tome, the mouth of the Congo River, Lubumbashi, Kigali, Entebbe, Garamba National Park in the north-east DRC, Bangui, and Yaounde to USAID staff and USAID partners. Two option periods will also included within the contract. Offerors are encouraged to forward all technical and cost questions to the Contracting Officer by start of business, Friday, April 7, 2006 to allow sufficient time for the Government to provide responses.
