Description

Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), a management and operating contractor for the United States Department of Energy at the Idaho National Laboratory near Idaho Falls, Idaho, is seeking interested parties capable of providing an approximately 300,000 sq. ft. combination laboratory and office facility and 775 car parking structure under a design/build/lease arrangement. Term of lease will be twenty (20) years with a one (1) year cancellation provision. No payments will be made until occupancy. Facility locations to be considered shall be in areas immediately adjacent (walking distance) to the Engineering Research Office Building located at 2525 Fremont Avenue, Idaho Falls, ID. Building must be sited west of Fremont Avenue and north of railroad tracks. Desired occupancy is CY 2008. In order to be considered qualified to receive the solicitation, interested parties must demonstrate experience with similar type projects in their expression-of-interest response and be able to present proof of land availability. BEA shall be the sole judge in determining qualifications. Please submit statement of qualifications to Greg Anderson, Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC, P. O.
