Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The site must be located within the Central Business District of Huntsville, AL. A site map will be required showing the location of the building. REQUIRED: Approximately 2,000 BOMA Office Area Square Feet or 2,300 rentable square feet of office space is required. A fully serviced lease is required, as well as the complete tenant build-out. In addition, on-site reserved parking for five (5) spaces is required for Government vehicles and handicapped parking.
