- 10,800 rsf and 10 inside secured parking Requirement: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,800 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space along with 10 inside secured parking spaces and 32 outside parking spaces. Space should yield approximately 9,100 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government reserves the right to determine minimum acceptable floor plate size and column spacing. The building must meet GSA Asbestos criteria, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Unique Requirement (optional): Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: Historic properties within historic districts Sites within historic districts Historic properties outside of historic districts Location/Delineated Area: Offered properties/site must be located within or address on the following boundaries: North-Lake Pontchatrain; South ? East /West boundary equivalent to W. Napolean Ave as if it were a through street; Inside Jefferson Parrish, on the Jefferson/Orleans Parish boundary; West ? Clearview Parkway Lease Term: The Government desires a 10 year term with the Government having termination rights after the 5th year of occupancy. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required no later than September 1, 2006. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror?s name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space.
