- The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for one (1) Conference Room Audio Video System. The capabilities of the system will include audio conferencing, video conferencing and media presentation. System must be Poly Com com patible. Cost of the system is to include installation. A site visit is scheduled for 30Mar06 at 0900 MT. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. This is solicitation is a small business set-a-side. Offeror Pricing must be good for 60 days. Applicable SIC is 5731 and NAICS are 443112. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the Website, http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and then by s electing Contracting . It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at this website o/a 3 April 06. Questions must be in writing and are due by 31 March 06.
