Description: The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). IEEE Software Service Center, 445 Hoes Lane, P.O. Box 1331, Piscataway, NJ 08855-1331, is the only known source that can continue to provide the required IEEE Electronic Library product/service via their own server with IP addressing utilized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The IEEE month period. The requirement is for continued access to the proprietary IEEE Electronic Library via the Internet. No solicitation document exists.
