Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately two thousand, four hundred (2,400) rentable square feet in Commack, NY within the following delineated area: Zip Code 11725. The space should yield between two thousand (2,000) to two thousand, one hundred (2,100) BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for two (2) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
