Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61128-06-T-0005 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07 Effective 2Feb06. Sic code 3448. A written proposal is requested to provide CONEX BOX , TO BE CONVERTED TO A PORTABLE 02 CLEANING ROOM, THAT WILL BE USE FOR CLEANING AND ASSEMBLING, TESTING, REPAIRING AND PACKAGING OF COMPONENTS CLEANED AS SPECIFIED IAW MIL-STD-1330(SERIES), TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRING DIVING EQUIPMENTS AND GEARS, SIZE: 8? X 8.5? X 27?(W X H X L), QTY 1 UI EA. Delivery date is 30 April 2006. The provisions at 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. The contractor is required to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 as part of their proposal. FAR clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-18 and 52.216-21 apply to this acquisition.
