Description

This is a one-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project with the option to renew for two additional years, not to exceed $200,000.00. The work consists of conducting Forest Surveys on timber stands. The contractor shall determine stand composition, basal area, stand volume and stand site characteristics using hand-held PC's. The collected data will be transferred to a "BLM EcoSurvey Lite" computer program using the contractor's PC. The contractor shall submit the electronic data to the BLM via E-mail or computer disk. Project sites are located in Cascade Resource Area, Clackamas, Linn, Multnomah, and Marion Counties, Salem District, Oregon. Bonds are not required. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 27, 2006. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
