Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source delivery order with The Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245 for APG-73 radar spare components. This order shall have a base and option line items for various APG-73 components in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). This order shall be placed against NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0008. The Raytheon Company is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the APG-73 and it's components. As such, The Raytheon Company is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform the described effort in the requisite time frame. See Note 22.
