Description
The U.S. Army RDECOM (AMRDEC) has a requirement to continue the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) warhead and fuze development under the Advanced Miniature MultiRole Precision Guided Missile (AMMPGM) Army Technology Objective (ATO). Thes e additional tasks are to be conducted by an offerer with existing 2.75 inch warhead and fuze design that meets Insensitive Munitions (IM) requirements and dual safe fuzing, per MIL-STD-2105C and MIL-STD-1316, respectively. These tasks are to be completed by June 30, 2006, so only offerers with a pre-existing fully integrated warhead and fuze design will be considered acceptable to meet the schedule and cost requirements of the government.
