Presolicitation Notice Solicitation No. W911SE-06-R-0011 Classification Code: S  Base Facilities, Operation Support Service Set-aside: 8(a) Competitive Synopsis for Base Operations Support Services at Fort Gordon, GA The SRCC-East has a requirement to provide all necessary resources to provide Installation Support Services (BASOPS) for Fort Gordon, GA. The contract will be used for resident activities, the Fort Gordon Recreation Area, and off post activities and units . It will support more than 17,000 personnel, 876 family housing units, 1,195 buildings and structures as well as 56,402 acres of grounds. All performance outcomes will be performance-based with applicable standards and measures of success. The NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and the size standard is $32,500,000. The period of performance for this requirement is 01 October 2006, or date of award through 30 September 2006, plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be available on or about 05 April 06. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for 8(a) competitive small business concerns. Only one contract award will be made using the trade-off source selection evaluation process. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. The request for proposal shall be made available only through Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
