Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for office furniture in accordance with FAR part 12 regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The award will go to Pro-File Systems, Inc. of Denver CO 80223-1811. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that the furniture needs to match existing furniture already specially manufactured and purchased from Pro-File Systems for this facility. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman (paragraph (c)) of the clause reads, Mr. Michael D.
