Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source order to Symantec for Bindview products off GSA schedule. The period of performance for this award is: April 30, 2006 through April 29, 2007. Symantec is the only known source that sells Bindview products off GSA schedule. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements for reselling Bindview products off GSA schedule. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
