Description
LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Woodlawn Maryland area. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing warehouse and related space consisting of a maximum of 130,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of warehouse/office space and 140 parking spaces for a five (5) year firm term. The Government presently occupies 130,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of warehouse/office space at 2255 Rolling Run Drive in Woodlawn, Maryland. The Government is evaluating a lease renewal option. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location, alternations, etc, when deciding whether it should relocate. Public Transportation is required with a minimum of regularly scheduled stops every 30 minutes between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; every 30 minutes between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and every hour between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be relocated within the area bounded by: WEST ? Rolling Run Drive, SOUTH ? Interstate Route 70, EAST ? North Forest Park Avenue, NORTH ? Windsor Mill Road OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy on later than June 20, 2006. Express Of Interest Shall be submitted by March 21, 2006 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA usable rate per square foot.
