Description

The Bureau of Land Management Amarillo Field Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has an upcoming requirement for the fabrication of six 20,000 gallon and two 10,000 gallon, fiberglass water storage tanks. Tanks shall be constructed of isothalic or ortho-resin, continuous roving fiberglass with an approved catalyst. The maximum dimensions of the tanks are no more than 8 feet in height and 25 feet in diameter. Delivery of tanks will be to seven different locations in and around Socorro county in New Mexico. Anticipated award of the firm-fixed price contract is on or by April 17, 2006. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include price; technical capability to meet the government need; ability to meet or to approximate the delivery date; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Request for Quotation No. GDQ060022 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted on or by March 30, 2006. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside. NAICS is 326199 with a small business size standard of $15M. PSC is 5430.
