Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotes. The Securities and Exchange Commission has a requirement for a Fitness Center for its Washington, DC offices. The period of performance will be from the date of award to one year (base period) and four one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940 and the acquisition action is under FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures--Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Quotes are being requested. A copy of the Solicitation with instructions for submitting a quote in response to Request for Quotes No. SECHQ1-06-Q-0053 may be requested by email. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment maintenance. Potential vendors are requested to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
