Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Special Services Division will contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Hydrostatic Testing on Fire Alarm Extinguishers located throughout the National Capital Region for a period of one (1) year with the unilateral option to extend the term of services for (4) additional consecutive periods of 12-months each. Contract Award is anticipated for May 01, 2006, contractor performance will be dependent upon passing GSA Security Clearance. The Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at 10:00 AM., location GSA, Special Services Division, 3101 Pennsy Drive, Landover, Maryland. ONLY (2) Representatives per company is allowed to attend the pre-bid conference. Please email the individual?s name(s) prior to conference. The solicitation will be posted electronically through this web site: www.FedBisOpps.gov on or about March 22, 2006. All interested parties MUST download the solicitation from the internet.
