- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Programmed Test Sources Inc, Littleton, MA. Specifically, RTTC has the need for Dual Synthesizer (D260RH01Y). This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST March 17, 2006 will be considered by the Government.
