Description

AMENDED U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201815R028 to furnish all effort and materials to DESIGN/BUILD to construct a new pre engineered 20' x 50' clear span metal building, site and utilities (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and related miscellaneous. The project is located at San Marcos National Fish Hatchery, Hays County, San Marcos, Texas. The estimated price magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The total performance period is expected to be 180 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. We anticipate the solicitation to be available on or about March 7, 2006. A pre-proposal conference/site visit we anticipate to be held during the week starting March 20, 2006. Contract Dr. Tom Brandt or designee for coordination (512-353-0011). Additional details will be included in the solicitation package. Copies of the request for proposal package may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The solicitation includes bid package, specifications, plans, and attachments.
