Description

Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Filtrine Manufacturing Company, 15 Kit Street Keene, NH 03431 to provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on the MRI Chiller at VA Medical Center. Support includes 24 hour on call repair service on a continuous basis for the length of the contract. Contractor will be required to furnish all parts, labor and material. Contractor personnel must be factory trained Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet these requirements. Interested parties have until March 14, 2006 to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. If there are no responses to this notice within the time designated, negotiations will commence with Filtrine Manufacturing Company.
