- The Western Area Power Administration intends to award a fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for structural steel as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance will be for five years, and the contract will contain an economic price adjustment clause requiring the evaluation of market conditions, and possible price adjustments, on an annual basis. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is: 332312. Drawings applicable to this solicitation are available upon written or e-mail request to the Contract Specialist identified in this notice (sutter@wapa.gov). Please indicate whether the drawings should be sent via e-mail or regular mail. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 9, 2006.
