Description

It is our intent to increase the maximum of contract SP0700-01-D-9704 by $3,000,000.00 based on the significant surge in demands and the urgent and compelling nature of the products included on this contract. Increasing the contract maximum would allow the government to extend this contract to the end of 2006 until a successor contract is put in place. Extension of this contract will prevent a lapse in coverage for subject NSNs and continue to fill the pipeline with supplies necessary to support combat operations for our military customer. The NSN listing covered by SP0700-01-D-9704 are included below. A new solicitation (SP0750-06-R-3984)is already available for a portion of the items on this contract and additional contracts, as of March 1, 2006.
