- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis from Wind River Systems Inc., 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501 one (Band 2) VxWorks Developers Toolkit Production License Block Renewal, Product Number 540-101480 for 1,000 users to include unlimited telephone support and updates as released. The government reserves the right to add new licenses to the site license for the duration of the order. Wind River Systems is the only source able to provide this software support licensing as the software is proprietary. Interested parties shall either fax or e-mail their capability to provide the requested software licenses to the attention of Code XDS11K at (540) 653-7088 or DLGR_NSWC_XDS11_@navy.mil. Reference RFQ number N00178-06-Q-1094. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. A paper registration form may be obtained for the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423.
