Description

Fabricate and install the framing system, as well as concrete footings, for three (3) picnic shelters located at Scotts Bluff National Monument near the town of Gering, Nebraska. These shelters are to be placed over existing 14'x16' concrete slabs. Roofing materials and labor will be provided by Park Staff and are not part of this contract. The picnic shelter framing system and footings are to be fabricated and installed per the specifications attached to the solicitation. Work to be performed at: Scotts Bluff National Monument Scotts Bluff County Highway 92 West Gering, NE 69341-0027 Award of this contract will be in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Program (Public Law 100-656). All large and small businesses are encouraged to submit a bid. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. NAICS: 236220, P&S: 5410 This solicitation will be available only on the Department of Interior (DOI) websit at http://ideasec.nbc.gov O/A March 3, 2006 and will close March 24, 2006 at 02:00 pm MST, unless extensions are issued in an amendment.
