Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are in any of the following programs: 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB and/or VOSB. The firm must be an Architect/ Engineer firm with an approved NAICS code 541310 with a $4 million Small Business Size Standard. The firm must have designing experience extensive hospital and surgical design value of $25,000,000 to $30,000,000. The project scope is to design both new (approximately 26,000 square feet) and renovated spaces (approximately 12,000 square feet). The new space will consist of 2 general OR rooms, 3 special OR rooms, clean and soiled work areas, equipment storage, clean supply storage, ambulatory surgery and the necessary scrub area. The renovated space for support functions will consist of the post-anesthetic care unit (PACU), pre-operatory prep room, pre-operatory holding area, cysto area, staff locker/restroom facilities and correction of infrastructure deficiencies.
