Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-06-T-0022 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Garmin International, Olathe, KS in suport of Device 15F8H-4. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334113. The following items are required: Line item 0001, Sub-Assy, Back Plat, GNS530, p/n 011-00671, Qty 4, Line Item 0002, SMP, 500 Series Install Rack, p/n 115-00345-00, Qty 4, Line Item 0003, Data CD, IFR Enhanced Proc, Amer, p/n 010-10201-01 Qty 4, Line Item 0004, GNS430 Simulator, p/n 010-N0237-30, Qty 4, Line Item 0005, Sub-Assy, Conn Kit, GNS430, p/n 011-00351-00, Qty 4; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. The following clauses of DFARS apply: 252.212-7000, 252.212-7001 and 252-225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clauses also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
