Description

Project Title & Location: Richmond Inner Harbor Channel Maintenance Dredging, Contra Costa County, California. The work consists of maintenance dredging of Richmond Inner Harbor Channel of approximately 130,600 cubic yards of materials, to provide a project authorized depth, -38 feet plus 1 foot allowable paid over-depth plus 1 foot allowable nonpaid over-depth, and disposing of the dredged material in the designated ocean disposal site at SF-DODS. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is UNRESTRICTED. NAIC S CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $18.5 Million. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The recommended goals for subcontracting are: Small Business: 51.2%, Smal l Disadvantaged Business: 8.8%, Women-Owned Small Business: 7.3%, HUBZone Small Business: 3.1%, and Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business: 1.5%. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bids (IFB). The solicitation will be available for download app roximately March 17, 2006. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedTeDS.
