Current approved manufacture is H R Textron (Cage: 96124). The total quantity for this requirement is 95 each (with 50 % Option) to the depots at New Cumberland, PA, and Tracy, CA in 285 days ADO; F.O.B. Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination; The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 20, 2006 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp; Specifications, plans or drawings are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) ? the approved source is cited above; Notes 12 and 26 apply; Automated Best Value System and the Delivery Evaluation Factor will be used as evaluation factors; This is an unrestricted competition acquisition.
