Description: The Service Provider (SP) shall perform Loan Processing and Loan Closing functions to support the United States Small Business Administration's (SBA) response to disaster recovery. The SP will be assigned both home and business applications. The period for these services will not exceed 5 years from date of award (Initial period of performance with 4 option periods.) Multiple awards may be let from this RFP. SBA anticipates awarding one or more contracts on an unrestricted basis, and one or more contracts to small business concerns. SBA anticipates that 23% of total award dollars will be set-aside for small business concerns. Individual delivery orders will be competed based on price.
