Description

The contractor is to finish a partially completed interior space consisting of two conference rooms and associated restrooms. The total area is 650 square feet. The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment as required for a complete and operational space as detailed in the plans and specifications that will be sent as part of the bid package. The work includes architectural, electrical and mechanical. Estimated cost: $20,000 to $40,000. Work is to be completed 45 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Respond by email to cynthia.tabor@gsa.gov with the company name, company contact person,address, phone number, fax number and DUNS number if you are interested in bidding this project, NO LATER THAN, close of business March 14, 2006. Bid packages will be mailed at that time and will be sent on a disc unless a hard copy is requested. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLITGATE THE GOVERNMENT OT MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11 all contractors MUST be registered with Central Contractor Registration [CCR] at www.ccr.gov. All contractors must also be registered with Online Representations and Certifications [ORCA] before accepting the bid package. GSA security clearances will be required.
