Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to lease 25 each 6-passenger crew cab 4 x 4 pick-up trucks (F350 model) for a period of approximately 2 months, 60 each 15-passenger vans ( full size) for a period of approximately 3 months, 5 each 6-passenger crew cab 4 x 4 pick-up trucks (F350 model) for a period of approximately 6 months, 1 each 15-passenger van (full size) for a period of approximately 6 months, 2 each full size 4 x 4 Expe dition type SUV's (must seat 7 and have rear seats that fold flat) for a period of approximately 6 months, 1 each 7-passenger mini-van for a period of approximately 6 months, 8 each full size 4 x 4 Expedition type SUV's (must seat 7 and have rear seats tha t fold flat) for a period of approximately 5 months. Vehicles must be delivered within 2 days after solicitation closes. Vehicles must be licensed and registered by the vendor and pricing must include mileage. Vehicles must be newer models and come with basic maintenance. Vendor must agree to accept early turn-in of some vehicles without imposing any fees. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes may be subm itted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
