Description
The Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center-East (ACA,SRCC-E) 2nd Industry Day for the Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) requirement will be held on 15 March 2006, at the Commons on Fort McPherson, GA. Regist ration will be from 8:00 am to 8:45am. The presentation will begin at 9:00 am and should last until approximately 12:00 pm. The Government will discuss the Request for Proposals, with emphasis on Sections H, L, M, the Performance Work Statement and Sample Task Orders. These draft documents and any supporting documentation will be posted on the SRCC-Es website www.forscom.army .mil/aacc click on FIRST link and Fedbizopss www.fbo.gov starting on or about 1 March 2006. Documentation will be posted as it becomes available for release. This will be the last Industry Day before release of the formal solicitation. Registration to attend the 2nd Industry Day will be available from 28 February thru 10 March 2006. All requests to participate in Industry Day shall be submitted via e-mail to David.Carter@forscom.army.mil with the subject title Registration. Registrati on WILL NOT be accepted via telephone or fascimile. Upon receipt of your registration request, a registration confirmation number will be emailed to you. Your registration request should include your company name, e-mail address, company size status, in dication as to whether you plan to prime or participate as a subcontractor, telephone number and a list of no more than two attendees per firm. The Commons on Fort McPherson has a limited capacity for 250 people. Reservations will not be accepted after m aximum capacity (250 people) has been met.
