Description

Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to manage and operate a supply store on Ellsworth AFB. The contractor shall procure, issue, deliver, and stock a variety of materials, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies for construction, and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized government personnel. OBJECTIVES: To provide a simplified method for authorized personnel to purchase quality materials, tools, and equipment with minimal craftsmen effort. Provide immediate purchase and on-time delivery at a fair and reasonable price utilizing a user friendly, state-of-the-art, on-line ordering and purchasing system. This contract shall allow the customer three methods of acquiring products: 1) to purchase over-the-counter store stock, 2) to purchase directly on line through the contractor's automated system, and 3) to place an order on-line through the contractor for items not available for direct purchase from the on-base store or through the on-line system, such as specialized and custom-made items.
