- Description
- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Neoware Systems, Inc., 400 Feheley Drive, King of Prussia, PA to acquire software and hardware warranty renewal for existing IT equipment. VA Connecticut requires Neoware Systems to provide the continuity of warranty service in order to maintain on-going patient care via our computer networking. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 3/3/06. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note22
