Description: Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and supervision to accomplish the project Correct ACA Cold Conditions. The work includes plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical, and weatherproofing. The applicable NAIC is 236220 and size standard $28.5M. The cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The solicitation will be available on or about 3/20/06 and all requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. See Numbered Note 29.
