Description

VENDOR: <U>This is a Request for Information (RFI) only.</U> This posting contains a Word file (SSA-RFI-06-1005), in which the Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking a card management system [CMS] for the creation and lifecycle tracking of smart cards, which is needed to support SSA?s implementation of HSPD 12. You are invited to review the attached file and submit responses if interested. This is not intended as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Pricing data may be submitted. The Government does not intend to reimburse for any information or materials submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No contract award will be made on the basis of the responses received. Responses should be submitted to the Social Security Administration (SSA) on or before 5:00 P.M. EST 03/07/2006. Electronic responses are preferred and can be sent to the following Contract Specialist: Kevin.Muniz@SSA.gov in the Office of Acquisition and Grants. Please include CMS RFI Responses in the subject line. SSA will also accept supplemental hardcopy materials such as brochures, etc. (5 copies each) to the to following address: Social Security Administration, Office of Acquisition and Grants ?
