Description

AMENDMENT TO ITEM 15, FSC 5120, MISCELLANEOUS HAND TOOLS, 6FLSC-N2-050331-N. THE RESPONSE DATE HAS CHANGED TO MARCH 2, 2006 AT 1:00 PM. PLEASE MAIL COPY OF AMENDMENT WITH OFFER. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of September 1, 2006 or DOA (which ever is later) through August 31, 2008 with three one-year options. Requirements are for twenty (20) miscellaneous hand tools in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of GSA?s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include and Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum order of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
