Description

The Network 22 Logistics Office, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 has a request for MRI Services for Obese and Claustrophobic VA patients for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The contractor will perform Radiological procedures/examinations as outlined in the Statement of Work. This contract will be a one (1) base year, with four (4), one (1) year options. Issuance of the package will be the week of February 20, 2006, with a response date of March 20, 2006. All responses for the package shall be in writing and faxed to 310-268-4759 or mailed to the Contracting Officer at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Bldg. 258, Room 210, Los Angeles, CA 90073. The Contracting Officer will accept e-mail requests to the following address, angela.berry2@med.va.gov. This is a 100% total small business set-aside acquisition NAICS 621512.
