- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National American Industry Classification Code is 443130 with a Business Size Standard of $6 million. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a one time, firm-fixed price purchase of the following Legend miniature series 1025 and 1032 Camera products: One hundred (100) Color Mini Camera 3.6mm lens, p/n 1032-STD; Fifty (50) Color Mini Camera flat p/h, p/n 1032-PF; Seventy-five (75) Color Mini Camera conical p/h, p/n 1032-PC; One hundred (100) B/W Mini Camera flat p/h, p/n 1025-PF; One hundred (100) B/W Mini Camera conical p/h, p/n 1025-PC; Fifty (50) B/W Mini Camera 3.6mm lens, p/n 1025-STD; Sixty (60) Conical Pinhole Lens 2.4mm, p/n 3424-C; Forty (40) Conical Pinhole Lens 3.3mm, p/n 3433-C; Fifteen (15) Conical Pinhole Lens 5.0mm, p/n 3450-C; Twenty (20) Micro Lens 2.8mm f/1.4, p/n 3028-14; Ten (10) Micro Lens 6mm, p/n 3060; Ten (10) Micro Lens 8mm, p/n 3080; Twenty-five (25) Micro Lens 12mm, p/n 3120; Ten (10) Micro Lens 16mm, p/n 3160; Sixty (60) Micro Lens 25mm, p/n 3250; Twenty (20) Micro Lens 35mm, p/n 3350; Twenty (20) 35mm Micro Lens Extender, p/n 9912; Thirty-five (35) Micro Lens 50mm, p/n 3500; Twenty (20) Fisheye Lens 1.24mm, p/n 3012-4; Twenty (20) Fisheye Lens 2.1mm, p/n 3021-1; and, Twenty (20) Fisheye Lens 1.8mm, p/n 3018. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All compliant quotes received by the due date will be considered by the government. All quotes must identify FOB Point, Shipping charges, if any, and delivery time period. Past Performance will be based on telephonic performance evaluations received from previous contracts provided in the quote. The evaluation of this RFQ will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, and 15 of the FAR.
