- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement to procure space rental for a U.S. pavilion at the 2006 Farnborough Air Show in United Kingdom. This notice of intent is to negotiate a sole source basis with Kallman Worldwide Inc. Kallman Worldwide, Inc., is the only provider that participants can use to participate in the 2006 Farnborough Air Show in United Kingdom. This acquisition is being issue in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. RFQ No. DG1350-06-SE-1427 is being issued with the notice: 52.213-4 and 52.204-7. The NAICS code is 541490. Provide rental space for one booth, size of booth will be 18 Sqm complete with raised platform and carpeting for the U.S. pavilion at the Farnborough Air Show. Offer?s who believe they can meet this requirement are required to submit in writing an affirmative response. To be considered an affirmative response, all responses must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. In response, you must address each of the items listed above in sufficient detail to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Failure to submit documentation to the Government not to open competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later then 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Responses may be emailed to juanita.beck@noaa.gov.
