- GSA Oklahoma District Office will be soliciting proposals for Custodial Services, Oklahoma City Service Center, Oklahoma City OK. The corrected solicitation number will be GS-07P-06-UDD-0011. The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate effective performance of all services. Unit prices will be taken for the Base Year (year one) and four (4) 1 year Options. Contract will be awarded based on best value to the government. Two evaluation factors will be used. Technical (which includes Past Performance and experience of the Firm) and Price. Therefore the government reserves the right to award the contract to an offeror other than the one proposing the lowest price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a small business size of $14M. This acquisition is a set aside for small businesses. The solicitation should be available for download on or about 23 February 2006 via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. A Pre-Solicitation Meeting will be held on or about 2 March 2006 beginning 0930 at the 2800 S. Eastern Avenue Ave Oklahoma City, OK. Reservations are required.
