- FISC, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis with Leslie Controls, in accordance with FAR 6.302, under a firm fixed priced contract for Technical Representative services to overhaul, test pilots, positioners, boosters and air regulators in accordance with manufacturer?s drawings; replacing software/hardware and assisting NNSY with installation. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $6.5 mil. dollars. The solicitation number is N00181-06-Q-0161. The closing date for the receipt of offers is 12:00 noon local time, 2/22/06. The ordering data shall be established in the written solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) APPLIES. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
