- The Foreign Service Institute is developing a new product, a distance learning course on Egypt focusing on "cultural interactions/engagement." We are seeking a subject matter expert on Egypt who will work with the Foreign Service Institute's Area Studies and Instructional Support divisions to develop this course. The solicitation document will be posted by Tuesday, February 21, 2006. All questions must be submitted in writing to wilkersondm@state.gov by Thursday, February 23, 2006.
