Description U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 47,150 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 41,000 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. ADEQUATE PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE AVAILABLE WITHIN TWO (2) BLOCKS OF THE OFFERED BUILDING. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. Anticipated occupancy will be June 2007. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: Baltimore, MD as outlined below: SOUTH: From the corner of N. Eutaw Street and W. Pratt Street go East along Pratt to N. Calvert Street. EAST: From the corner of E. Pratt Street and N. Calvert Street go North along N. Calvert until E. Lombard Street. Go West along E. Lombard Street until Light Street. Go North on Light Street until E. Baltimore Street. NORTH: From corner of Light Street and E. Baltimore Street go West along E. Baltimore Street until N. Howard Street. WEST: From the corner of E. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 24, 2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet Offered 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 6) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
