ADEQUATE PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE AVAILABLE WITHIN TWO (2) BLOCKS OF THE OFFERED BUILDING. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. Anticipated occupancy will be June 2007. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: Baltimore, MD as outlined below: SOUTH: From the corner of N. Eutaw Street and W. Pratt Street go East along Pratt to N.
