Description
This supersedes previous announcement for Licensing for OAG WORLDWIDE Aviation Scheduling Data Access 70 ??? ADP Equipment Software, Supplies, Equipment N65236-06-R-0724 POC: Contract Negotiator, Mr. Hanh Chau, Code 0271HC, (843) 218-5735; Contracting Officer, Ms. Paula Somers, Code 027PS, (843) 218-5976 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, Code 70, Intelligence and Information Warfare Systems Engineering Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek sources for non- developmental, commercial-off-the-shelf, web-based software system for data mining and analysis of aviation and airport databases collected by the interested parties (see attached RFP). This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. A Firm-Fixed-Priced/Definite Quantity contract type with a base year and four (4) option years is anticipated. This acquisition will be awarded to the technically acceptable offeror that has the lowest price. Technically acceptable is defined as conformance to the tasks listed in the Statement of Work. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511140 with the size standard of 500 employees. Responses to the above RFP is limited to no more than 10 pages of data (total) and shall be forwarded in writing IAW clauses L-317 and L-349 or via e- mail as an attachment no later than 1600 on 24 FEB 2006 to SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston contract negotiator, Mr. Hanh Chau at hanh.h.chau@navy.mil. As part of this RFP, offerors with proposals that are technically acceptable are required to provide SPAWAR with temporary account to demonstrate functionality as stated in the proposals or on site demonstration at Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Headquarters. If on site demonstration is offered, the date and time will be negotiated. NOTE 01 APPLIES. The due date is extended from 22 Feb 2006 to 24 Feb 2006.
